i am a bartender and this question has been raised many times lately. i am a huge NBA fan and i dont have an answer. not counting expansion team in the last 5 years (of course no NO/OK since that was the Jazz) what 5 teams have the lowest wining % in NBA history. and if possible give me the proof. if you just have a guese that works too.

i cant think of any team worst than clipps because current worst team like the Hawks, Sonics, Blazers had their winning years before. The Clipps??? When did they had a winning years?
